the black color and volume was amazing! but it Smuged, clumping the quality has changed. Had to return it

I never received the item. Called Kohl’s customer service and they would not send me a new one. They cancelled the order, but would not honor the sale price and send a new one. Very disappointing experience. Would score zero on this one.

Really does add volume. Smears easily so I use a primer before putting it on!

I have been using this mascara for years & I love it. Great quality & good price.
