Love my infrared machine. It does a good job. Have used it post operative and my healing has sped up tremendously! A must have in every home. Treats many aches and pains.

I highly recommend this infrared /massage device. I was getting very painful cramps in my legs at night when sleeping, very disruptive. After 2x nights of using the infrared massager on my legs before bedtime, my cramps stopped. I use it for tight shoulders and lower back muscles, really helps.

Great for those aches and pains one has. The vibration is hard enough that one can feel a difference. Like the heat only function to sooth the muscles afterwards. Can definitely recommend if one is looking for a lighter, do-it-yourself massage.

Only one speed but it suffices, intense vibration.
