The massage pillow is strong and massage back. Very good quality. Can easily place lower and upper back. Has time out feature that are helpful. Only issues is needs to be plugged in with a 2 pin cable so not convenient for travelling. I keep in home office but not practical to carry in work.

Love this product. The fact that it’s not bulky but cushion-size makes it very easy to use anywhere at home. It works on all those aches and pains and the heating function is very useful! Would definitely recommend it to anyone !
