Bosch MFQ2420B CleverMixx håndmikser er populær for sin lette vekt, stillegående 400W motor og enkle betjening. De solide deigkrokene og vispene kan vaskes i oppvaskmaskin. I love this hand mixer it's light to hold and very easy to use you get two sets of beaters one for making bread another for cakes and whipping cream (ect) would definitely recommend this mixer it has everything you need

Good working hand mixer. Can mix all types of dough, creams. Unfortunately, mixing straw had been broken and I can't use it any more. Bosh, can I as for any replacement please.

Initially I was pleased with this appliance, but am now disappointed as after light use the mixer blade has broken . Looking at the reviews I see it is a common problem that the metal blade is detatching from the plastic insert part and hope Bosch are rectifying this design issue for future purchasers,

One of the best hand mixers I've had but repairability is lacking. Long story short, the rabbits decided to eat the power cord (it was unplugged, rabbits safe), and when the appliance was taken to a local repair café, the staff couldn'g figure out how to open it in order to replace the cord. Overall Rabbits 1 - Whisk Nil.

Generally I found this product worked as I would expect. However after probably about 2 years of use one of the whisk blades became detached from its metal stem. I rang customer services to be told that a replacement would be over £20 this is very expensive. I would either expect such an accessory to be replaced free or at cost. Your company should be trying to avoid products going to landfill by offering at cost replacements of accessories which should anyway last for the lifetime of the machine. This would help you achieve this goal. Companies like yours need to lead the way in helping us extend the lifespan of appliances we purchase. I am very disappointed. You need to be taking your environmental claims seriously.
