Nice to have a rechargeable controllers, only con is that the headset doesn't immediately lock on the recharge point, it needs tilting a little. Other than that, very happy with it!

after using it for a while the left controller wont charge sometimes

Ordered replacement after first device not working properly, First unit would not charge Hand Controller batteries greater than 40% (left) / 80% (right). Second unit had bad Controller cover (circuit board on cover bad?) would not charge either battery past 40% showed fully charged. Used Controller cover from first delivered device-but second unit with working Controller covers would still not charge batteries past 90%.

If u have a elite strap or a different one to the normal headstrap u have to take it off and put the new one on and its so confusing and im scared im gonna break it the instructions are very bad

It comes with special batteries for your controllers its designed it lock into place magnetically the stand itself is stable it is a lot better then putting it back in its box and it charges everything headset controller at the same time works on my meta 3s. only down side would be the detachable type c stuck in your headset is kind of annoying too get out if you want too add something else like in ear headphones or pc link cable it does not come with a power supply itself using the one the meta quest came with works. about 5 minutes setup..
