I like that the size is perfect for me to slide in my fitness pants, purse, etc.,. Not heavy, love the color. The programs and app downloads and the ease of having a multi-purpose gadget in the palm of my hand.

Sure you can get the flashier Samsung models but it's not worth it in my opinion. The iPhones have never disappointed me and give me everything I need. The 17 is another example.

Bonita Beach Road ATT would not take return in store in June when they helped set up phone. Called, Chatted, and emailed ATT requesting return lable. Email says they will send. Never recieved. Finally when did not recieve return kit, Went to a different ATT store. Nice manager took my phone on return AFTER I called ATT while in store to resolve return. Represenative on phone said window closed for return. Requested supervisor. No luck on 611 call over 1 hour, ATT store took my phone on return. Now I only hope to get my trade in.

The phone is very touchy. Items I am reading suddenly disappear if anything is touched on the screen, I don't like the camera button on the side as I am not a big picture taker. Battery percentage at he top of the screen is hard to read. So many options at the original start up are confusing.
