I am very disappointed with this phone and would honestly like to return it and get my iPhone 12 back. It has issues trying to connect to devices with Bluetooth and will not work with Car Play. How do I return it and get my other phone back? All devices I use worked with my other phone and Car Play worked in my F150 without any issues.

The phone gets very hot and I have to turn it off to cool down, or put it in front of the AC.
