Great little product and happy with its features and music does sound better with it as well . Still finding things m21 does after few months with it . FLAC files really sound brilliant . Battery life is good too even with using Apple Music or Spotify .

I've been waiting a while for a genuine UK supplier to offer this device, for some time it's only been available as a grey import, so when I saw Richer Sounds had them I took the plunge! So far I'm pretty happy with it, it's not quite as intuitive as I'd hoped, still trying to work out how to rip CDs and load them without having to enter the album title, track listing, and artist manually, something I never needed to do with my old iPod for which this is a replacement. It's probably just me and I'll figure it out eventually! Otherwise it works well, links easily to my car which was my main reason for buying it, sound quality is great, and it's a solid, well built little unit.

I was guided by a trainee staff member in the Newcastle branch to this product. He was extremely helpful. The FiiO M21 Hi Res audio player has lived up to it's expectations delivering a superb sound. The ability to insert up to a 2 TB SD card is wonderful to extend the onboard music storage.

Nice player , excellent sound quality when I use Apple Lossless and hi res lossless , lots of features to use , pretty good value , superior in sound to your phone . Nice display and very easy to use . Buy if you’re looking to replace your old iPod !
