product says on the description that it had wifi 6 but couldn't connect to the 5hz network tried troubleshooting but still didnt connect, bought an alternative "AX900Mbps USB WiFi 6 Adapter for PC, Bluetooth 5.4 WiFi Adapter" instead and works pretty well

This extender is an easy plug and play it is very simple to setup it downloads its software on to any device and you only have to provide isp configiration.
