A bit tricky to set up, especially if your computer or laptop does not have a CD Rom or DVD Rom which can play and install the drivers needed for this device. Only driver support would really be nice.

Easy to setup and works great. Would highly recommend.

Comparing this to my laptops built in wifi, this adapter offers a more stable connection at my network edge while only slightly improving on actual wifi range. Comparing this to those small USB wifi dongle adaptors, the signal is far better. Regarding installation - Windows will find generic drivers when you plug it in but the adapter often gets disconnected (even with USB power saving off) which is a pain. Because of this I tried to install the TP-Link software package that came with it (on a CD) but my work laptop complained about 'suspicious software' when trying to install, so I never did.

What a joy this is to use. Connections are stable and switching between networks is instant. I specifically purchased the device with a cable so I could place it wherever I wanted to, working perfectly. Setup was a breeze.
