Beurer PO 45 Pulsoximeter

Have been using the pulse oximeter in hospital for checking SATS of cardio pulmonary compromised patients. It also has a heartrate and perfusion index measurement. When you remove the patient's finger intentionally or intentionally it says finger out. The screen display rotates when you press the button. It has a nice graph that corresponds to the heartrate. I would recommend the device for anybody doing clinical work.

Beurer is top of the range, have a couple of their products, will recommend.

Accurate, handy and in a small pouch. Compared the readings with three Drs, and it is 99% accurate vs that of a much more expensive item.

I'm a medical doctor, my old oximeter that I got during covid stopped working, this one works perfectly and my little silicone pouch that I used on my previous one fits perfectly. Also comes with batteries big plus, and comes with a little case bigger plus!!! I love it
