Microsoft Windows 10 Home (Retail)

As the title says, I got my copy really fast and the USB key is allot easier to install on newer PCs with no optical drives. The only downside is that I got a English UK version. Not sure why that is.

Unable to install. Microsoft support tells me the Product Key is for Windows 8. It looks correct, but Microsoft support would not help me once they confirmed it was a Windows 8 product key.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase, price was all right, shipping was quick, and item is conveniently compact. I wish I had known though that this is an English UK version of Windows 10 Home 32/64bit. If I had been able to choose an English US version I would have been move satisfied and rated this item 5 stars. It's not that big of a deal though, as the only real difference is in certain words like colour and favourite instead of color and favorite. I just find it annoying when apps find the US spelling wrong.

Nothing but problems from from the beginning. Thumb drive was blank. I downloaded from Microsoft onto my own thumb drive. The software key did not work. They sent me another one. When I suggested I may contact Microsoft they refunded me. Not worth the risk.

First of the package is not wrap (yes i bought before from authorized Microsoft distributor) the USB had a label that is not consistent with an original product. There is no hologram on the Key label the print image on the box is not high resolution as an authentic product you would buy at costco or staples. But the worst is that the USB key would not load the OS at all we had to download the ISO file from Microsoft create a bootable USB and only then we could install the key provided seems to be working but dont risk it pay the extra 20 30$ and get it from an Autho reseller... wasted 1 whole day installing this junk.
