We mainly got this camera to catch the "snack monster" in our house and it's different to learn. We have multiple nest cameras but, this one only works with the google home app which is fine, it just makes you learn a different app. Now, the next learning curve was understanding how it works and records. Unlike our other cameras this one is not plugged in constantly and I kept seeing that it wasn't showing live feed and I thought it wasn't recording anything. Well that's when I realized that the zone I set for where we keep the snacks is what it records so, the moment it senses a person it records them. Once I understood that it made sense and when you plug it in to charge it shuts off. One last note the battery after fully charged it lasts about 2 and a half weeks.

This is a great system and super easy to install. I purchased the 2 pack of wireless cameras. Got home opened the package and... only one charger. Would have been nice to have had two chargers for the two camera pack. Would have been 5 start if it had two charging/USB cables.

Problem started when Drop can became Nest Cam. Their camera's are great but their customer service and tech support is terrible. For three months I've been trying to subscribe to there cloud recording service but their web site won't complete the purchase. Their very slow customer service keeps giving me suggestions and no solutions. And they don't take subscriptions over the phone. Useless camera if I can't subscribe to any of their service. Terrible customer service and tech support. Spend your money somewhere else. Appearantly they don't want mine.

While sold as a home use monitor - this product insists on placing large branding on your video feed which cannot be turned off. Totally unreasonable for something you are paying for. The other issue I have with this camera is the stability of the connection - since its selling as a baby monitor it needs to be very reliable but frequently I see a static image, which means I cannot rely on this product for that purpose.
