HP - Mediebakke/-mater - 550 ark inn 1 skuff(er) - for LaserJet Enterprise M507, MFP M528; LaserJet Enterprise Flow MFP M528

I cannot get three trays to work with printer, only two. I have been got HP support and spent over 9 hours and they told me to order new trays. I did and that did not fix the problem. Going to try to get HP support again this week, last week they hung up on me after two hours or working on it.

Your website stinks. I ordered this in error. No icon to cancel. No icon to return. Guess I'm stuck.

One problem or the other. Issues with power supply and always jamming. Much problem. I paid a lot for it thinking it was a new printer. surprise, surprise. Most printers sold by Amazon are always sub standard.

Refurbished not worth it, buy new. Only had 1 month to return and issues started 3-4 months later. Have to get new rollers and other items as well. Have not even replaced the toner cartridge yet and the rollers have to be replaced already, that is now horrible and useless this was. Will never buy refurb again

I purchase for vendors who use in commercial setting and I can always depend on hp for about 10 years of use.
