I upgraded ram in my laptop, this ram package works great, not really any complaints.

Website made it easy to order the correct type of memory. Order arrived on time as expected w/o issue. Memory easy to install and working great! Would use again when the time comes around.

I haven't been able to get the memory sticks working. The issue seems to be the memory slots in the HP ZBook. I replaced the existing memory sticks with the Crucial mem sticks and they then worked fine. I then removed the Crucial sticks and installed the current mem sticks in the previously empty slots and the laptop wouldn't boot, neither would it boot with the Crucial mem sticks in the previously unused slots I've blown air into the mem slots and cleaned them and applied pressure t the sticks to ensure a firm seating but tall o no avail. Summary Laptop boots with Crucial mem sticks in currently used mem slots. Laptop won't boot with existing or Crucial mem sticks in the unused mem slots.

My Dell Inspiron laptop had become about useless. This memory upgrade did the trick, I can use the laptop again without wanting to throw it out the window :)
