i had every high end model out there, this is a VERY END machine, it had the power to cut anything, the point here is it has long runtime with a metabo battery 5.5amp and the super main point it WELL build. very happy with my buy!!!!!

I've used this tool a few times since I've gotten it and it is a high quality unit. It's heavy weight makes it very easy for the user to make a straight cut and the barrel handle grip makes it feel very comfortable in your hand... i don't foresee having any problems with this jigsaw for many years to come. I also like the on/off switch vs. the trigger, that way I can concentrate on making the cut rather than holding a trigger or trying to find the correct speed.
