This scanner works great. On the RARE occasions in which it actually does work, that is. Mostly the driver software will just tell you that it cannot communicate with the scanner, and the scan button will do nothing. This is on an Intel MacBook Pro running Ventura.

Hello, Actually, I am not so happy with my purchase of the scanner - I find the instructions confusing and not so user-friendly. I would like to give HP Help Desk support services. Thank you.

Got this one first and really needed the wireless on so sent it back and got the 400 wireless
