Oakley Mod1 Mips er en lett og stilren ski- og snowboardhjelm med klassisk skateprofil, laget for kjørere som vil ha enkel bruk kombinert med solid beskyttelse. Med BOA 360°-passformsystem og magnetisk Fidlock-spenne er det lett å finjustere passformen selv med hansker, mens MIPS gir ekstra trygghet ved skrå fall. Den faste ventilasjonen og kanalen mot brillen bidrar til å holde linsen mer duggfri, men kan ikke stenges, noe som kan føles trekkfullt på svært kalde dager. Noen opplever at hjelmen er liten i størrelsen og at innerforet kan være noe grovt mot veldig sensitiv hud, men til gjengjeld får man lav vekt, enkelt vedlikehold og en god kombinasjon av pris, sikkerhet og stil.

I purchased this ski helmet, excited to finally try skiing with it for the first time. However, my experience quickly turned from excitement to fear due to a critical failure of this helmet during my very first use. As the picture shows, the helmet cracked almost completely through after what should have been a manageable fall. This level of damage is unacceptable for a product meant to protect your head during high-impact sports. The integrity of the helmet's material was clearly subpar, leaving me questioning its safety standards. A helmet is a crucial safety tool for skiing, and this one failed spectacularly when I needed it most. Fortunately, I wasn't seriously injured, but this incident could have ended much worse. I cannot recommend this product to anyone and strongly urge the manufacturer to reevaluate the design and materials used. Safety should never be compromised, and this product missed the mark entirely. Do not risk your well-being with this helmet!

I measured my head and the helmet fit my head perfectly. But the ear flaps stuck out too far and are not flush to my ears. They would not keep my ears warn. Returned.
