Packaging and delivery very good. Good quality monitor and excellent height/swivel features. Just lacking instructions for downloading of Users Manual (toggle switch/use was not clear without manual).

I rang Dell for guidance which monitor would suit me; Raj helpfully answered my Qs; but during this, he signed me up to what he only said was Dell Advantage when I asked him why he was taking my details; but afterwards, I checked and it is not that, but is really Dell Rewards. I might have agreed away, just did not like the sly way he did it. The monitor is good. Assembling it, I had to find an independent YouTube, as the only 'instructions' were a visual guide on some packaging, no manual or link to online guide; and I needed better guidance.

I am more than a little surprised/disappointed that we should need to incur cost of return at all, surely a return as a result of being received damaged would be serviced as a collection. Not only has this been a drawn-out process, but the hurdles also, (to get nowhere fast), are astounding.

This is first time Dell and it is very good and prompt delivery and good product. Overall I will buy again.
