I brought 2 days ago. Placed ingredients for a stew in and turned on low at 7am. Arrived home 7pm worried it would be like soup. Opposite was true, the vegetables were still hard. Very disappointing. To make matters worst when I returned it and explained I was informed that they needed to send it away for testing and couldn't take my word for it!

Bought to replace my old one ,wanted one the same this fits the requirements fine. The controls are easier to use and it performs great.Happy with everything.

I needed to downsize from a much larger unit. This is perfect for me. Cooks just enough for me to freeze 4 meals and eat 1.

Wish I read the reviews before, corned beef usually would take 6 hours in my old crock pot took 12 and it was still not as tender as my old one. Glad I got it on special for $60, but it was not worth $1
