I have purchased several Fitbits and used them...loved them. They were easy to use...to connect to Fitbit...no complaints. This new purchase was different. I didn't receive this as a promo, so I will need to continue to pay for it, as I did not get insurance. I still haven't got it connected to the phone and internet.
