Good product but you need to open an account and have a connection to use all the features ... for a router and network security it's very poor, after all it is configured normally ... The same without the UnifiCloud connection and it's perfect ...

I've been using 3 of these units to protect my families households for about a year now. I am able to easily remote into them via secured VPN tunnels thru my Dream Machine Pro. Being able to be tech support for 3 other houses from the comfort of my house is amazing. These units are comparable in price to high end home gateways but in my opinion this unit is by far superior. I have never had a unit lose it's configuration after a reboot or a power outage or ever. I highly recommend.

I would say one of, if not, the best routers on the market!

Ubiquiti does give so much bang for the buck and I plan on adding more of their devices
