Great sound easy to use if your new to the world of synthesisers. Easy to understand front panel, well written manual with useful information for both beginners and intermediate users.

Great deal on a great instrument. I have a Korg Monologue as well and they differ enough that it's worth having both. The way Novation has kept this synth current with updates rather than just discontinuing and releasing a V3 is commendable.

Paraphonic and not monophonic synth. Unique sounds and endless sonic exploration! I bought it for myself as a Xmas gift and enjoying a lot since then! AFX Mode is really something else...gonna test ur creativity! List of features is really too long!!!!! 2 Osc and 1 sub-osc 6 different waveforms 7 different filters 2 effects, 2 LFO, 2 env Arpeggiator 32-step sequencer 64 killer factory patches 64 slots for user patches Included in d box: Ableton, Loop Master and Melodics. 3-years-warranty What else u need dude? Great little analog synth. Quite powerful for its size as its got a lot of stuff going on under the hood when you dig into it. I knocked one star off of quality because the unit I received had a very slight warp in the plastic chassis but not enough to hinder the function of the unit. Its just annoying to have it rock slightly on a flat surface. Aside from that all the knobs, switches and keys feel great, and it sounds great. Also a huge bonus that it can run off a USB cable from my PC that also sends midi data making recording with it a breeze.
