Celestron Spotting Scope Regal M2 80ed 45º Teleskop

Cracking scope. Beautifully sharp optics. Good quality zoom eyepiece. The ability to use my astronomical eyepieces if I want as it's also very useable as an occassional casual astro scope. Clever stay-on case that sits nicely over your shoulder. If I had one really petty niggle it's the eyepiece cover that has a very fine thread that I can't unscrew silently! I think I can fix that with a little damping :-) Seriously pleased with this scope.

Very impressed. Stays in focus throughout the zoom in process. Very clear even at high magnification. No issues.

I am pleased over all with the optics. I can not use it with my glasses on despite what they say about long eye relief. But I see ok without the glasses so it is OK. My primary use is for photography so it is fine. I am impressed with the bulk and heft of the scope. Definitely a tripod use only device. But it is nice and stable due to the mass. The general build including the eyepiece is massive. Worth the money.

Excellent value for money - puts some other more expensive scopes to shame!
