It is a nice simple kettle with large lid opening, making it easy to fill. The windows on both sides are clear and easy to read, although it remains to be seen how much they may be fogged by limescale in this very hard water area. The only problem so far is that the bottom is scaling up quite fast around the element area, which will likely mean regular descaling.

Kettle boils quite quickly if you just put in the amount you need. Sits securely on the base with no wobbles. Handle is big, so may be a problem if you have small hands.

Superb kettle. I bought a glass kettle but water splattered out of the wide spout and it dripped, but this Bosch kettle is so neat and looks nice too. It's lightweight and easy to pour and remove the water filter when necessary.
