The elite strap has worked exactly as I expected. It is also a lot more comfortable than I originally thought, the weight counterbalance from the battery pack makes the longer usage a much better experience.

This is the best head strap for the Quest 3s and 3 and since the battery pack is there it balances the weight on your head. The price is a lot but it's worth it long term.

This helps you use your headset for hours longer than without it. Comfortable fit, easy to install and adjust the size. If in doubt, YouTube videos are on hand to assist.
