After some initial glitches with their AI system reporting wrong details, I received a swift reply and all is fine now. Great feedback showing they care as a company and that's great. Had these radios for a while now, they are robust, have a clear display and multi channels. Sound and microphone are clear too. Came with a headset for each radio, which I've not used. Range can be an issue if you don't understand how radios work; buildings, trees & even other radio traffic found in urban areas can affect the transmission signal. The most range I've had in a urban environment was about two thirds of a mile, which is very reasonable. An excellent purchase & good value for money!

A bit disappointed tbh, it gives a 10km range I got 300yds, and then nothing, yes there is a built up of buildings but I expected better.

la portée de 10km en environnement complètement dégagé n'est pas tenue...la portée est d'à peine 3km en zone complètement dégagée. Ce matériel est tout juste suffisant pour ce pourquoi il a été acheté (communication sur un terrain de 3km max). Je ne recommande pas ce matériel compte tenu de la performance mensongère d'une portée de 10km.

Gran producto, recomiendo usar baterías recargables, 1500 ma en lugar de sus baterías y cargador. Podían ser más asequibles, pero aún así muy contento
