great quality; true plug and play; speaker on the cam is a big deal when you can not have to use laptop speakers.

Good audio quality with no echo, decent video quality, was just plug and play with no messy installation issues. Only observation is that if you are using this on your desktop it needs to be positioned off to the side of your monitor which means you are slightly side on when looking at your screen and talking.
